January 31, 2009 the Aviation Technology Center hosted the Red Bull Fight with Flight BMX Flatland competition in their large hangar with the Boeing 737 as the backdrop! The competition brought flatlanders from across the country including some of the biggest names in the sport like Red Bull sponsored Terry Adams, Indianapolis' own Andy Cooper, Matt Wilhelm and many others! |

White River Paintball is located in Anderson, Indiana and is home to a massive outdoor paintball experience. Vincennes University's Aviation Technology Center has teamed up by providing aircraft for their Airfield battlefield. It is one of many battlefields at White River Paintball that allow them to hold scenario games like Battle for Bastogne involving over 300 players! |

Vincennes University hosted the IMSTEA Super Mileage Challenge at the Aviation Technology Center for pre-race day inspections and at O'Reilly Raceway Park on Monday April 27th, 2009. High schools from around the state are invited to create a vehicle for its fuel efficiency. To be eligible each of the 40 schools with 60 cars total had to submit a detailed technical proposal covering all aspects of the design and construction of the car. |
